Our Policies:

It is our goal to have 100% customer satisfaction, thus now allowing our customers to choose their poses and package content.  If, upon receipt of your completed portrait order, you are not satisfied, contact us via email and give us the opportunity to fix it.

 

Should you ultimately desire a refund, return your portrait order to our office.  Upon receipt of the portrait package, Wesmoor Studios will issue a refund or a credit to your account.

 

All refunds or requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days of receiving your portrait order.

 

Our staff is constantly available to handle your customer service inquiries.  We are here to serve you and look forward to doing so year after year.
