Wesmoor Studios was founded in 1983 to serve United States Military Families serving on foreign soil.  Art and Paula Moore have been with Wesmoor since it began.  Art began photographing Students and Familes in 1975, larger firms before participating in the founding of Wesmoor Studios.  Paula also worked for those firms in customer service as well. Both brought their combined expertise to the formation of Wesmoor Studios.

In 1986 Art and Paula relocated to Germany to further enhance their service to Military accounts.  Since 1985, we have served only U.S. Military Families.  We know what it is like to live far from family and friends.  It is our goal and desire to bring high quality, reasonably priced portraits to our customers.

Wesmoor Studios is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).

Wesmoor Studios now serves 20 DoDDS (Department of Defense Dependant Schools) in Europe, providing school and family portrait programs.

Wesmoor Studios has been on the cutting edge of digital photography as the industry moves away from film and to digital capture.  We began partial digital capture in 1997.  We have been doing 100% digital capture since 2002.  After shooting film for 27 years, we can honestly say that digital capture is changing everything for the better.   Technology continues to improve and we will be right there as it does, constantly updating and improving our equipment.
